Need an Official Ruling on the Hwy 190 super street

Is the ‘left turn on red’ truly legal or is it ‘everyone says it’s legal’ legal?
Some go, some don’t go, there’s random honkingif it seems a big enough Gap is there. It’s chaos out there right now.
Issue #2: if this thing is designed like a big roundabout, how come there’s even red lights at all. Can’t we just treat the turns like full time yields and ditch the red lights?
What back wooods hick designed this thing?

I reserve judgment until it is fully opened, which it is not. I have noticed an improvement since they re-timed the lights about two weeks ago.

only turn on red i know thats legal is a RIGHT turn on red AFTER STOPPING
beyond that red means stop, no exceptions

Legal to turn left after stop on red at U-turns only.
It has helped lower my commute time by five minutes in the morning (southbound), and at least ten minutes on my commute home (northbound), especially on Fridays.
I am a convert.

Just because something takes time for folks to get used to doesn’t make it not worth doing it ultimately it is more efficient & effective.

BTW, the 1st Roundabout on 59 opened yesterday. The one they've been working on at the intersection of 59 and Sharp. Striping lines aren't complete yet but it's there and wonderful!
Just wish they would have done 59 & 1088 first.

It’s already been verified by LSP. You can turn left on red.
The new 190 design is almost exactly like veterans blvd.
It will be an improvement. As much as an improvement can be until they expand that stupid bridge .

Legal: left turn from a one way onto a one way after stop on red. It’s not complicated.
