negligent

You know what, that word fit a lot better.

Doesn't really matter where the attorney is from as long as he's barred in CA (and preferably wherever the company is incorporated).

The incident happened in California.

The Airlines involve is international and domestic.

One of the negligent party works works in Califorina but HQ is in Texas.

So their principle place of business is Texas? Where are they incorporated? Where did the incident in question occur? How much are you estimating the damages will be?

Keep your shady arse details. This thread sucks, and heres why. Without knowing anything no one can help you as do you need an injury attorney, or a defense attorney. You’re not looking for a patent attorney which then I’d understand some hesitation with details. You’re just intentionally being shady. Good luck

Michael Ehline is a very good CA litigation attorney.

He’s based in Torrance, iirc.

Airlines should have two different prices for airline seats. One price is lower where you you give up rights to sue, and one price is higher where you reserve the right to sue. Customer can choose if they want the cheaper rate and take their chances or the higher price and have peace of mind they will be compensated for acts of stupidity by the airline.

I prefer Dudley DeBosier. They’re the official injury lawyers of the LSU Fightin’ Tigers.

Was your flight domestic or international? I vaguely recall that it makes a big difference on luggage claims.

Can a law firm in New Orleans take care of a incident in California or would I have to hire a California law firm to solve my case?

Yes, but you will have to pay California sales tax.
