Nice note cards. Nothing like a hand written note. Technology has made this a lost art that is always appreciated.

You can never have enough flashlights when the lights go out.
Auto-open mini umbrella.
Unusual IPA six pack--or assortment. If you're into IPAs, there are tons of interesting ones for under $25 a six pack.
A pound (or so) of high-end thick sliced bacon from the butcher.
Small portable mini-fan for desk if you office tends to get hot. If it's always too cool, a mini-heater is also under $25.
Also nice is a ring light for Zoom calls if you have to make a lot for work. Makes a big difference.
