Sutera memory foam pillow. Firm and contours to your cervical spine. Has helped me with my fricked up neck.

Don't go cheap. Take the quiz and thank me later.

You can add and remove the foam to create the desired height and firmness.

I ordered two of these pillows- it came out of the box just right for my taste, but it does flatten out over the course of a year or so. I use the 2nd pillow to add to the first pillow as needed. 4 years in, and it’s worked well for me. I had a great sleep number pillow before this, but it got tossed after my youngest got lice and I didn’t want to pay $100 again.

Eli and Elm makes a good and relatively inexpensive pillow if you are a side sleeper. Layla Kapok is also a good firm pillow.

Go Amazon. It’s the best way honestly. You don’t have to sit in line with all those weird ladies. They have great selections. I upgraded all pillows a year ago. Got a couple of the ones that looked solid. I like them all and the ones that were second choice went on the guest room bed.

The newer pillows will help your necks and backs boys. Trust me. Get aligned right at night or pay for it the next day. Especially if you are very active during the day and get tight.

Seems like I remember choosing "firm" at the time. They had an extra firm option also. For 2 ½ months it's been a superb relationship

I've been using a Tempur-Pedic pillow for several years. I think they threw it in when we bought a bed, but you can buy them separately. If mine were lost, I'd buy another one.

They now come in a variety of specs, from soft to firm, with an adjustable fill option. LINK

You can add/remove the filler to your liking.

I’m really glad I came across this thread because I’ve been looking for a new pillow. The COOP Eden pillow is actually in my Amazon cart right now but I haven’t pulled the trigger on it just yet. My question is, is the Cool+ worth the extra $50 compared to the Eden?

I've been sleeping on a C Cushion Memory Foam w/cooling +/-$75 (Amazon) for about 2 weeks.

It has helped support my neck alignment and reduced the numbness I feel in my fingers, but my lower back/hip area is now achy... So, who the frick knows? Aging is a bitch; wish I'd treated my body better in my teens/20/30's.

I don't know if i have the cool+ or not. I think I do. It does stay fairly cool.

Yeah, we only spend 33% of our lives on a pillow that affects the other 67% our lives. Makes perfect sense to go cheap.
