I've read that restarting your phone, as well as the person that you trying to call, may do the trick. Of course, AT@T doesn't have shite posted on the issue.

I know of 5 people plus myself that are having problems. If I keep calling it will finally go through.

In New Orleans. I can't call out And I'm having trouble receiving calls. Tried FaceTime and that is working to make calls but without video. Internet and text ok.

Restarting my phone solves it for about 20 minutes. Then it is back to ending all calls
Went to Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings about an hour ago and this appears to be working

Frisco, TX - my phone is working but my wife's is not so I am a happy camper. Her text messages will go through but phone calls are not going through.
