Track workers do not work for NASCAR, they work for the track on a race by race basis.
EMT's and on site health for covid precautions do not work for NASCAR.
They do have concession workers there for the weekend for the people with infield passes.

With all of the cameras in the garage, there must be video. Of course it will probably come out that the camera was down or not installed in that area. Sad but in today's environment my first thoughts were inside job to gain more attention to NASCAR.

It's pretty weird to me that Nascar came out and made this public. If Wallace didn't even see it and the manager found it, just what I've gathered from reading this thread, did he go running to the media?
If this did happen, why wouldn't Nascar keep it in house and find the guy that did it rather than give him all this attention? Especially since it's likely a track worker. What is the point of making this public right now?
