Never seen a company intentionally torpedo their business like nascar has. I wish the rednecks would quit watching and attending. Fat chance.

Even better, I hope it’s a black man. That would be pure entertainment.

The drive for diversity program has been around almost two decades. In fact, the infamous n-word sayer Kyle Larson was a graduate of the program.

David Bernstein, a professor at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia School of Law, told The Daily Wire that NASCAR’s racially discriminatory program is “blatantly illegal,” noting that it would “seem to violate Title VII and the 1866 Civil Rights Act.” “Having a 100% quota for minorities for a position is illegal even under a very generous view of what is allowed,” Bernstein said, adding that a potential applicant who was unable to apply on the basis of his or her race would have legal standing to sue the company.
So what would NASCAR’s hiring practices would look like without the programs?

Funny, Elon Musk qualifies if he is a US citizen.
Edit: Well doesn't have to be a citizen.

NASCAR took a page from the comic book industry.
They began screwing up with the "Car of Tomorrow" spec and totally canned the Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday business strategy used by racers.
Now they're trying to court a new base by ignoring their base that made them popular. Not a winning formula.
Years from now I surely hope the actions of industries we see today get taught as a How Not To Do.

Shouldn’t this be posted on the outside of their bathrooms on a cork board at the office to remind them how illegal racial discrimination in hiring is today?
good lord.

Does anyone really care about NASCAR these days? Didn’t even think it is relevant anymore.

NASCAR's suicide has been depressing to watch.
