The reason for the car care comments is because cars back then were built to be easily serviced by anyone with even a slight mechanical inclination.

Anything involving manual labor.

The better parking at airports
Absolutely. I will gladly pay the $120, or whatever, for a week of parking next to the terminal so that when I get home I can just jump in my car and leave 5 minutes after grabbing my luggage.
Park and shuttle is miserable.

Aside from a friend's Maserati, anyone with a wrench and a pair of Rhino Ramps can still do their own oil changes.
We just convinced ourselves we couldn't.
As for the OP, I'm cheap AF. My dad outsourced a lot more than I do.

Pretty much everything outside of utilities and food
I still remember going to junior high in the city and meeting kids from the suburbs and was like, “What is this world that you live in?”

Pay television
I almost put this. My dad was an antennae man for almost his entire life but then remembered he got primestar a few years before he died.

Ironically I pay for far less services than what my parents paid for.
Maybe summer camp for kids is about the only thing.
I do my own yard work
Some DIY home repairs
Housecleaning
Some light auto maintenance
My parents would have paid for all of those things without a second thought

We had a housekeeper once a week growing up but that was cheap 30 years ago. Could get a nice old black lady to do stuff for like $50 a day
My mom used to clean houses back in 1986 or so. She charged $25/day. My mom has OCD and every inch of those houses were spotless. It damn near took her all day just to clean one house.

SIAP, but air at the gas station. I think they started charging for that in the 90's.

Yard Care
I was my Dad’s lawn service.
Grew up on a lot of land in the country, when Dad said, ‘we’re cutting the grass this weekend,’ it took all weekend. I cut a lifetime’s worth of grass before I turned 18. I don’t even own a lawnmower now.

Name brand food.
As a kid, if there was a house brand, that's what we got.
