Sometime I wake up at night and wonder if Tila Tequila ever found true love.

They make money for the networks and fill the lives of viewers with the contrived drama the seek.

American Hot Rod

It had what all reality shows had, someone everybody hates. Duane was hated by everyone, he stirred the pot to keep everyone watching what he would do next. Successful yes, when advertisers figured out it was cheaper to sponsor a build on the show than pay for advertising. Bud Light, AMSOIL, Old Milwaukee, Sobe got their brand bane front and center every week for a month on their builds.

How do I know it was successful, my wife worked for Boyd Coddington.

The Apprentice.

Turned out to be much more successful than many of us would have preferred . It was really popular back in the day and ran for many seasons.
