I bet you can’t.
Next time you get a brain freeze just Bash your dick with a hammer. I bet you notice it and forget the brain freeze.

I got stung by a scorpion once, it was more painful. Lost my grip on a rope and big arse hay rope and slid down on it about 15 feet, the rope burn was sooo bad. Waking up to welding burns in your eyes aint a lot of fun.

Just a month ago I walked straight into my receiver hitch with my shin. Id take a brain freeze over that as well.

The shot they put in the side of your toe to numb you up before cutting out an ingrown toenail burns with the intensity of a million suns.

Anything tooth related.

Leave a bad tooth unattended and you'll be wishing for something as easy as a brain freeze

If you are talking just a day to day pain, not these severe medical emergencies people are listing, I would go with a straight on toe stubbing that rips your toenail off.

I’ve done it twice.

Once I was opening a large medal door that swung inwards (I was barefooted), it had just enough clearance for my big toe to go under, but not the big toenail. It flipped backwards.
The other time (I was barefooted again) was when I was moving a large coffee table (truck style). Corner completely ripped the toenail off (same toe as before, but 20 years later).

Oh, and BTW, the shot the doctor gives you to numb the toe hurts like a mofo as well.
