Seriously though, that’s sad because it’s almost certainly a sign of abuse somewhere else. Little kids don’t just learn that behavior on their own

There’s a difference in learning that boys have penises and girls have vaginas and a 5yo giving a blowie. That’s learned behaviour and definitely needs to be investigated
