It might be a case where the parent(s) are not suited or prepared to raise children,but they enjoy the activity of sexual intercourse,but lack the proper use of contraceptives.

Never l, not one single time in my life has anything happened like that in a neighborhood i lived in or a kids birthday party i was ever at.
