Really? Then what kind of country, outside of a totalitarian dictatorship (which it clearly is) is it? What form of economic model do they use? Are they capitalist? Is there any chance of private ownership or free enterprise in North Korea?

Same people, same genetics, same culture, same language, history, etc. Then an imaginary line was drawn through the middle of the country and two very opposing political systems were established. The South has flourished while the North has turned into one of the worst places on the planet.
