He actually left it in the Hardee's bathroom. He's not 100% which one, though.

His commercials make me want to strangle puppies. He is the biggest hack in the world. If his shite is so great, why are most of them on close out? THEY WERE $149, NOW ONLY $29.95!

Totally agree but this fruitcake wanted trump to instill martial law. He makes good pillows but is certifiable.

When you go political you can only sell to 40% of america max. It’s incredibly stupid either way

Yeah, but when you're a fledgling small business that 40% is a potential goldmine. And Mike Lindell milked it pretty good. Otherwise he probably would have been just another failed textile startup.

That's where the MyPillow story is a little different. He built his brand and grew it by piggybacking on political conservatism. But now he has to ride out on the horse he rode in on - there's no changing that ride midstream.

But you're right, an already established brand taking a political stance (apart from industry specific lobbying) is an idiotic move these days. Hell, Bud Light is going to lose billions and they didn't even do much beyond failing to notice that some marketing flake had cooked up a one off tranny promo that went viral.

Is it the Market responding like with Bud Light or is it 2 virtue signaling companies who wield great power that dropped him regardless of market demand?

If he were to do a complete 180 and publicly blast Trump, republicans, Fox News, vocally accept LGTBQ+ etc. he would get a LOT of exposure and air time. He would lose his existing base for sure. And would the left then embrace his business and buy pillows? Maybe not. But he would be in every newspaper and on every TV show at least through the upcoming election season.

It's your company. Associate yourself with whoever you want. Literally the free market.

I love how it's good old fashioned capitalism until it bites one of your guys in the arse, then they are being oppressed.

I don’t have the sheets but the pillows are still stuffed with foam.

I don’t care if you don’t like the pillow. They don’t feel like a bag of bricks though.

I’m just being the honest one here.

I’m even willing to meet at sonic and prove it doesn’t feel like a bag of bricks. I’ll hit you with a my pillow, then with a bag of bricks.

maybe its because the guy is a douchy greaseball and no one wants to buy his product that you can get for less and not have to deal with his annoying arse and his politics. Maybe its about people and business. fig.

If you spend your life in a Quixotic quest to beat someone down every time they use a bit of (common) hyperbole to make a point I would suggest you are dumb as a bag of bricks.

Now you might have a particularly intelligent and well-educated bag of bricks that you would like to bring to our meeting at Sonic to defend its dissertation on classical wave propagation in periodic and random media but I am pretty sure at the end I will still conclude you are thick as a brick.

MyPillow uses chunked/shredded viscoelastic polyurethane foam, Mike has some patents because his is "special" which is primarily the particular mixes of chunk sizes he uses. LRPu foam is less compliant than most foams used in pillows so someone used to a lot of pillows would consider them "hard as a bag of bricks" whereas someone like myself that has slept on solid LRPu foam pillows from Tempur-Pedic for over a decade would consider them too soft and fluffy. One man's bag of bricks is another man 1000 fill power goose down.
