INTP here. I’ve always been good understanding complex systems and forecasting things.

I've taken it a few times. One time they got us to take it at work. I'm always INTJ.
I think I was too, but probably haven't taken it since maybe Freshman year of college, other than some of the free online versions.
Wonder if I'd get anything different taking it today.

INTJ and those tests at work dont do anything they’re advertised to do. Just a sales pitch that HR buys into

You might be, you might not, but anyone can claim anything behind a keyboard. If I did not know any better, the average income is $300K+, everyone has at least a 6,000 SF house, has a 9 or 10 for a spouse, and was the captain of every team in HS. About 500,000 people will claim to have been at the Superbowl last year; in actuality, maybe 80,000 were. I was NOT at the SB this year.

Here is what I don't understand. According to the Internet, ENTJ is only 1.8% of the population. But look at how many people on this thread are ENTJs. I'm not sure what this says about the OT. BTW I'm an ENTJ too.

I’ve never taken the test online bc I read the book
I just took the online test while waiting for my breakfast. Got labeled as a type 6 loyalist. Finally I know my destiny!
When I worked for FMC we took a type of Briggs Meyers test that had the results on a color wheel. Most ended up in the same sector since it was almost all mechanical engineers in attendance.
I have always wondered about the validity and repeatability of the test. It may have some value as a guide and perhaps offers a bit of insight but I believe it is oversold and mainly serves as a revenue generator for the outfits that offer this test.

My oldest daughter and my son are both 6’s. They’re both fiercely loyal.
You ought to get that book. It’s the only book in that category of literature that I’d recommend.
