He pretty much said that he’s not happy with his sex life in general and doesn’t have confidence they’ll be together for the long haul. Not getting a vasectomy increases his chance of landing a younger girl if he should get divorced.

For some reason women think they hold the lock and key to sex. The best way to resolve this is to remind her that she doesn't. If she wants to withold sex, return the favor by witholding emotional comfort and your presence. You don't have to step out on them or even pretend to, just spend your time doing other things and away from the house. Have to side with you on this one, no one should be forced to get a medical procedure they don't want. If your wife is rationing sex ,because you are not submitting to her will than you may want to rethink that relationship. That is fricked up on her part. You should probably talk to her about this though.
