I'm taking the girl to see Book of Mormon. About as close as I will get to this nightmare.
Went to Nutcracker once with an ex and fell asleep immediately and she got furious. Learned my lesson. Not worth it.

This is such a stupid marriage concept. Why do women refuse to go to weddings that their husband isn’t going to? If 2 weddings fall on the same day why can’t each spouse go to whichever one they prefer?

The Book of Mormon is probably the best show I’ve seen.
Jersey Boys was pretty damn good as well.
I’ve seen the Nutcracker so many times I enjoy watching my daughter as she moves up and had different rolls as she gets older, but man, those Russian Prima ballerinas sure are fun to watch.

I recently saw A Bronx Tale. It was better than I thought it would be. $10 for a watered down "Bronx Iced Tea" was a bit much, but I at least got a souvenir cup.
I had three or four beers at dinner before, so that helped, too.
All in all, I would do it again for a similar show.
