I didn’t “plan” on it either and saved accordingly. Are you suggesting that I shouldn’t use my SS for my kids and grandkids and just donate it to the ignorant masses.
I suggest you only support its complete dissolution.

Welfare needs to be in the hands of churches, not govt.
Sure, but if it is going to exist, it should be heavily regulated and controlled.

There are a whole buttload of stipulations I would enact, including a loss of voting rights for the period an individual is on welfare.

I would make a great leader.

Also, as for this, the decrease in overall working population in order to fund these welfare programs is a new issue that was not present previously.

We can see the same problem across the globe in regards to government pension programs.

Previous statements of “SS is running out of money” won’t be as applicable when the funding source is no longer available.

this was boomers, btw

Financial stuff aside, boomers are also responsible for the rise of: wokeism, PC schools and workplaces, decline of religion, and accepted social deviancy (and so much more)

AirBnBs in residential areas are by and large a total disaster as the owners don't care about the neighborhood and neither do the tenants. AirBnBs should be heavily regulate just like hotels. If the cities receive enough complaints from neighbors, your permit is pulled and you can't operate any longer.

I’ve rented Air BNBs all over the world and never once had a problem. I know investors that own tons of them and they are quite explicit in their control. They monitor activity at the property with camera systems so they can tell when there are parties or loud music. Sure shite happens, but if you’re living in places where an air bnb is even viable, shite is indeed happening on the regular.

To regulate them is fine, to outright ban them is placating hotel developers and owners.

This has been a huge issue.

The “sexual revolution” pushed by boomers is one of the most destructive views of the previous 60 years.

Being anti Airbnb is my most woke take

I would be more than fine with an outright ban in residential neighborhoods. They suck

Boomers: back in my day we got away with everything ha you wouldn’t believe it. A ten dollar bill would last a weekend

Boomers: it’s incredible that younger generations get away with so much stuff. Also how are they so poor

What do you think is the reason for such a large non-working population? Who is not working now that should be working? It ain’t Boomers. Which generation is the next one to support all of these government programs by working and paying taxes?

I have always supported the abolishment of Social Security. I would be fine if it was gone tomorrow.
