And welfare and section 8?
People 63 and older account for 32% of SNAP distributions to adults. But only 23% of the adult aged population.

And now they don't want to pay property taxes on their home state have 10x'd in value and are probably paid off. The biggest hand out generation of all time

A random seat in the house doesn't amount to much. Bernie was a senator but without a party until he wanted to run for president.
But they voted heavily for him. Right?
And these are not the only examples.

I didnt say "Marxist". You did.
Just as you are struggling to explain why the younger generations bitch about boomers and bad fiscal policy... but they vote heavily for those very things.

What does that have to do with cutting all of it?
And I thought these people were hoarding money?

TBF, the appliances were meant to last for 30 years. Nowadays, you'd be lucky to have an appliance last for eight years without breaking down.
True! My 80 something year old parents I spoke of still have their 1980’s appliances. They are as loud as a freight train when they are on but they still work. LOL

So you want more costs? More fiscal burden? Make things more expensive? I thought that was only "boomers"?

Yes, the younger generations voted for Obama after the decade of war and the 2008 collapse.
Boomers also voted as a majority for him as well in 2008.

So they can take some of the blame for higher insurance costs then. Correct?
And remember... it was government and regulations that caused the 2008 collapse.

Where are the good fiscal policies I can vote for?

Case and point, the Kentucky State Legislature tried to pass in this last legislative session (thankfully it failed) forcing all cities and municipalities to lift restrictions on short term rentals (see AirBnBs). This is one of the larger variables that are fricking younger generations out of affordable housing. Why you may ask? Because many Boomers and Gen Xers who have rental properties can make more money with AirBnBs. With rental properties they bought up when the market was favorable. The makeup of the Kentucky State Legislature
Municipalities banning air bnbs is retarded and a political handover to hoteliers. A man should be able to rent his house to anyone if his tenants abide by local laws.

I am a tail end of the period boomer, never met anybody who gives a shite about the whining because nobody I personally know has kids who do it.

Paying perpetual taxes on a property you supposedly own is bullshite, bullshite, bullshite.
*I'm not a boomer (no matter what my daughter says).

Correct?
Has anyone ever said that they are completely blameless?
Start a thread pointing out the flaws of younger generations and you will even have members of those generations agree with you.
You don’t really see that with the boomers.
For example, the millennial generation, mine, has major issues, largely stemming from social views with some economic flaws as well.
Not to mention our complete reluctance to have kids.
