I dripped my pipes but apparently that wasn’t enough to stop the freeze. I have no cold water flowing to the sink any more am I in for a huge issue when the weather warms up?

Dripping a faucet won't do shite on a hard freeze.

If you had a valve open it's possible the expanding ice went up and down the pipe but not out and you might be OK. Or not...

If you are 100% PEX plumbed then you might be ok. PEX will expand quite a bit before it breaks.

3 years ago I was without water for 2 weeks. It was awful. I used every dish I owned Showered every third or so day at work. I felt like a god damn European.

Find where they are frozen and crank up the space heater.

I’m not currently in my home. I have several faucets with a slow stream and outside spigots wrapped. House in on slab with no exposed pipes. Am I ok, or should I turn off the water at the main and drain everything inside?

I’m just running my outside water at a good stream and running inside water every couple hours to get new water rubbing through.

Really? All I did was drip my faucets last night and it got down to 7. Old pier & beam house too.
