I got $400 on an AMEX card and am good to go now. No fees no interest. Get another $900 when I bring my W2 and file. Normal $200-$230 fee due then. Refund pays the loan. No brainer to me.

I tried that once. Got letters from the irs demanding 1000's back. Was a nightmare. Took years to clear up. Never again.

I've used Turbotax every single year since I graduated from college and it goes perfectly and takes 20 minutes.
