Lol. Thing that pisses me off is they both have very good jobs, he's an Area Manager for a large industrial supplier and she's in her last year of school to become a Physciians Assistant. Now they're both terrified of getting charged with a felony for Animal Cruelty.

And if the brother and wife found the cats outside, why did they think to suddenly make them inside cats (especially around a 2yo)? Might as well try to get a pet raccoon

I've dumped enough unwanted pets in the Shreveport-Bossier area to start a petting zoo. You just have to drive until you don't see the city lights anymore, shove 'em out, and floor it.

It's a scare tactic these crazy animal people use. I had one try to pull the same crap on me. My wife agreed to look after a dog for a few days, 2 weeks later I told them the dog had to go one way or the other and they told me the same crap.
