Took mine 7 months so congrats. I was insane after he was born due to lack of sleep. Then one night he decided to sleep 12 hours. Did that for 2 and 1/2 years. Now, he refuses to sleep in his bed by himself. I'm hoping its a phase.

Both of mine were about a month old when they first slept through the night. Now they’re 5 and 3 and have slept through the night every since. My kids are awesome.

From the bottom of my heart, congrats! I have a 26 month old that hasn't done it yet......in fact, flat out refuses to. I'm a tired mofo.

Congrats baw....it's only a matter of time before shes old enough to wake up in the middle of the night and come climb in your bed....she'll use your wife's head as a pillow and your head as a soccer ball. That's fun at 3:30AM.

Cherish this wonderful time in your daughter's life because before you know it she will making out with her boyfriend in your driveway. Then, the difficult choices begin threaten, assault with a weapon, or all the above.

A dropper with equal parts Benadryl, Tylenol and mylanta in the evening will have her sleeping every night.

How many times did you get up to check her breathing?

I just wear noise canceling headphones and ignore my daughter. Eventually she takes the hint

We went 11 months with stretches of sleep only 3-4 hours at a time. I remember at 4 months thinking enough was enough. Not sure how we made it.

But we were rewarded as my son is now four and has since slept 11-12 hours straight almost every night. Of course, he did stop napping at 18 months.

Congrats. I'm jealous.

My 7 week old slept from 10pm-3am and then from 330am-615am last night. It felt glorious. The first 7 weeks has been rough sleeping wise. Whew
