She's 4 1/2 months. It's a great day for the GEAUXT family, and therefore the world.

All three of my kids started sleeping through the night at 5-6 weeks. I thought they would be cool kids. Now, they’re little hellraisers.

Just wait till she gets to the four month regression (she will probably hit it during five months. Will start waking up every 2 hours like clockwork.

Honest comment #1: mine is almost a year. That first night of sleep was frickin amazing. Congrats.

Honest comment #2: enjoy it, but don't expect it. Because as soon as that first tooth comes in and she hits a growth spurt that shite ain't happening again. However, even if she's waking up every two hours develop and keep a solid bed-time and routine. It'll pay off.

Honest comment #3: can you post a recent pic of your wife? The only ones I have are the ones I took when I was banging her and droppin loads in her without protection consistently 13-15 months ago.

How do y’all remember every detail of when your kids were babies? Maybe it’s because I have 3 daughters with the youngest being 7. I remember stuff but can’t remember what kid it was. Don’t life my wife read this... she bitches all the time about how I don’t remember kid specific events!

Jealous. My 2 month old starts stirring at 3, but will make it until about 4. I can't freaking wait.

Man, I remember those days.

Our child would not sleep at night for nearly two years.

One Sunday morning, I woke up and rolled over to the wife.

I said, "Wow, she slept through the night."

The wife's reply, "No, SHE didn't."

Those were some rough times.

My 7mo did that too at 4mo. He forgot how to do it around 5.5mo. Just saying.

Mine is 11 months. Slept through the night only twice. Around the 5-6 month mark it was like the apocalypse every night.

My kid didn't start sleeping through the night until around 8 months. Lucky bastard.

Not to brag, but my son has been doing that since 10 weeks.

Enjoy the sleep regressions right around the time you get used to them not waking up!

I remember that feeling. Unfortunately because I was so used to waking up in the middle of the night, I still did out of habit. I’d check on the kids to make sure they are ok and then try to go back to sleep.

Hopefully your baby continues this sleeping pattern. Teething or common colds or ear infections can unfortunately mess things up just when you think you’ve hit a milestone.

My daughter slept through the night for a week at about five months. Then it stopped. She didn’t consistently sleep through the night until she was 14 months. Enjoy the ride while you can,
