Take a pen. Run it through your arse cheeks a few times after a long day. Put on his desk when he leaves to go to the bathroom.

What’s his email? I’ll forward him a link to this thread. You know, since you two can’t talk it out.

Make it absolutely clear to him that he is the fry cook and you are the cashier. You take the orders. He makes the burgers. You don't go to his work station, and he stays out of yours. It's as simple as that.

Your SN suggests you are a female. Is this correct?

Try saying this to him:

"I'm trying to be polite and respectful to you but your constant bickering, usually over nothing that concerns you, is not my business and do not care to hear it anymore."

Trust me, honesty in the workplace will set you free and keep you from internal office drama.

He'll be ranting and ill be on this site clearly ignoring him. I rarely respond and all i do is say, yup.. I dont even look at him. You would think he would get the msg.

Maybe stop being petty with people and be blunt....say hey! (Loudly and firmly enough to get him to pause and to get his attention). Then say I have work to do, and motion your hands for him to back out of the room. Then if he's dumb founded and just standing there quiet, pick up your phone and dial a number....proceed to actually work and ignore the frick out of him... If that doesn't work, just tell him to get out, at that point.

I used to have an old guy like that that would come into my office to tell long-winded stories. Every time he would do that, one of the ladies that sat outside my office would call my phone so it would interrupt him and he would leave thinking it was an important call.

What's your occupation?
It can't involve working because you are constantly on this site starting lousy threads throughout the day.

I’d tell him he obviously doesn’t have enough to do.
