My coworker is driving me nuts!

All he does is worry about other folks job duties. I dont want to hear you complaining about them and what they are doing. Go the frick away! Im trying to be polite and respectful to him but he gives me headaches with his constant bickering, usually over nothing that concerns him.
How would the OT handle this situation?

He'll be ranting and ill be on this site clearly ignoring him. I rarely respond and all i do is say, yup.. I dont even look at him. You would think he would get the msg.
