Kind of sickly going to enjoy watch them try to hire this unicorn.

Whoever they get will be a talker not a doer so will get to watch this job take their spirit until the squeeze me out

Always do

Organization knows how F they are so if you stay for any amount of time you are seen as incompetent. It is pretty easy to see our problems. Unscrewing us up is the rub

See this is the problem.

You’re not even sure what your job looks like.

Feels like it is try to stop the dumb or lazy people from f things up

Which then turns into get pulled into every meeting to tell people what they should do bc I share opinion

Put pretty insightful

I talk to the customers ...the engineers can't talk to the customers

Apply for the job but demand you work remotely. Owlie knows a guy that can get you a new name and social. Do both jobs at the same time and make twice the money.

Sort of happened to me once. I was working for state government under non-permanent status for over half a year. They were finally able to transition the position to permanent, and I was informed I would have to not only re-interview for the position I was already working in but also re-take the Civil Service test to be added to the candidate pool list. Supervisors had been shitty to me and I wasn’t about to begin a new project while the interview process for my job played out, so I quick-typed a resignation, tossed it on my boss’s desk along with my keys, and was outta there by lunch.
