Are you vaccinated, they may be looking for your replacement when you are canned?

I thought strip joints are always looking for more strippers so don’t worry about it

I had this happen one time but even a step further. I was a restaurant manager at the time and a friend of mine called to tell me that he just applied for a position and after talking to the owner, it was to replace me. I was looking for an exit anyway this just caused my 2 weeks notice to be put in immediately. It all worked out in the end. I got out the restaurant business and his restaurant closed for good about 6 months later.
