My 9 year old son wants a indoor fort in his room

What is the best kind of fort to make or ideas? I want to make him a cool fort in his room that he will enjoy.
This was my go to fort at my grandparents house while my other cousin had the other couch. We would do this every time it was nighttime and we would watch movies.

I wouldn't put too much effort or expense into it since it most likely be short term.
My wife bought a tee pee for the grandkid's playroom,that thing sat unoccupied after two days.
But it's great your kid wants to do this,imagination beats the crap out of video games.

Go buy some boxes for him. Super cheap and he’ll have a fort, spaceship, maze, hideout, and who knows what else.
