Well,Well Calgon. There is no longer any need to try to deflect to meth heads,serial killers or ,mass killers. You get off easy and don’t even need to know how to comprehend stats and percentages. It should be clear to you if your head is out of that hole in the sand. Who killed the lady,Calgon? Edit. I know who killed her. Do you have any other inane arguments?

If you stop incarcerating people for petty crimes like pot and other recreational drug use, you have more space, time, and effort for people with rap sheets like this. You also likely prevent the system creating people like this
