MPD investigating photo of child waxing nude woman at salon

The photo, which was sent to Action News 5, includes the caption, “She literally helped me wax 24 clients starting from 7:25-5pm. She made a total of $744 and I’m going to put the money toward whatever her future dreams and aspirations are.”
MPD says they have launched a joint investigation with the Department of Children Services.

See, this is exactly why whenever my parents would come to me with a pitch that started out "you know, you could make a lot of money if you'd just...", my reaction was always "let me just stop you right there" followed by index fingers in ears and humming John Phillip Sousa marches. There is more to life than the almighty dollar, Doug and Tina, and frankly I'm probably not allowed to do whatever it is anyway.

Theres a shopping center down the street from my house (perkins and quince next to the family dollar if you know the area) where im pretty sure stuff like this is going down. They have butcher paper over all of the windows and no business signage, but one time i was at a gas station next door and caught a glimpse inside of what i can only assume is some kind of private/squatter-esque beauty saloon.
