Go to Costa Rica sooner than later before it becomes unaffordable. Panama isn't too bad either but doesn't have the expat population/infrastructure of CR.

Maybe that's why he's asking specifically for countries where English is commonly spoken.

America, with all her faults, is still the best country in the world by far.
If you don't like her, pick a country, any country, and GTFO !

I know quite a bit of people from Argentina through work. None of them want to live there. They much prefer USA.

Great place to visit, but not to live is how I feel.

It's like stock...sell while us got value.
Youre are a blind dead mute if you don't see qhats about yo happen here. Record inflation, supply chain catastrophe, recession, etc
If you can work from anywhere, lower or erase you taxes, live on a beach in an inexpensive condo/home...and do that for a year, then why not?
Not only has this administration caused this, they are doubling down on stupid and making this worse. This country is run by a shadow gvmnt who's sole purpose is 1 world order, with NO interest in America first.
You can always come home, but this country is going down fast....and without leadership change, it'll get even worse. 3 years out..sorry

Are you under the impression that only the United States are dealing with these issues?

Whatever problems you think exist in America (which I probably agree with) I just don’t see how New Zealand would be any better.

It’s because of Italians, not Portuguese.
