So with that situation; is she not eligible for Section 8? Why isn't she receiving ssi? She just needs to show that she is disabled from all those kids and can't work, then she gets $400 and every kid gets $400, which is $4400 cash, plus free rent, food stamps, etc. There is a virtual cottage industry of people out the gaming the system. SSI/Disability is the new Federal welfare and once on it, no way to get her off. Not to mention that Tenn should be going after all the Fathers for support. She isn't doing it right. She should be living pretty good.

Then sterilizing men would be the logical choice. a woman can only get pregnant once in nine months. less often than that if they BF. a man could impregnate as many women as he can get naked.
