Yeah because you would know my high school athletic history

Plus, not sure what other kind of lift you’re talking about.

All the e-stats in here aside, I truly believe 50%+ of the male population 18-60 would struggle to 1) bench 135, and 2) do a single pull-up.

Whether it’s due to being fat (pull-up) or incredibly weak from sedentary lifestyle (pull-up or bench). But yeah everyone in here is throwing around low 300s in high school lol

Lets's add squat to the OP. All dude's like to curl and bench, squats are a diff story.

130lb dumbbells then too. Dumbbells is what I mostly used then.

This is the point where you edit the thread title to say: “What’s the heaviest chick you’ve banged and how many times?”

The 181 raw record for bench is ~385 lbs.

So we got a bunch of nearly world class, elite benchers on the OT. We’re in rare company baws!

More impressive is that it was 575kg, not lbs.

Not sure what the real number is, but there is no chance this is true. Maybe that's like a Louisiana state high school record?

At 160 I put up 325 a couple of years ago. I've put on 10 lbs and a fair bit of muscle since then. Haven't maxed, but I'd bet max bench is a bit higher as well. If I got up to 181 I'd be pushing that 385 number and I am NOT a world class weight lifter or even close.

Most of the numbers I've seen in here are fairly believable, save a lot of the 'I did this in high school' guys.

My best is 185lbs at 145lbs bodyweight. No reason for me to lie

Don't remember the exact amount but somewhere around 320-330 was my best one rep max

I'd probably struggle with 200 right now
