Most trashy parent thing I’ve ever seen

So I went to a concert last night in St. Louis with a few of my close friends. We didn’t get out until 11:30pm and had the munchies after a night of drinking. One of my friends older brother was with us and doesn’t drink anymore, so he was our designated driver and took us to a 24/7 diner spot.
By the time we got there and finished eating, it was almost 1AM. About to leave after getting our check and we look over at a family that just got seated next to us. It was an African American women and her 5 young kids, all what looked like under the age of 9 years old. Ordered sodas for her kids any everything. I just sat there thinking, “You decided to take your very young kids out to eat this late and give them soda? Those kids should be in bed! WTF” They probably didn’t get their food and leave until 2AM. Sucks because those kids will probably grow up and be the next group of POS people in society like their mother.
TL:DR Saw a mother bring her group of very young kids (looked like between the ages of 4-8 years old) in to a 24/7 diner at 1AM for food and soda.

there are far greater issues with parenting and society today than allowing your kids to drink soda at 1am at a diner

That’s it? While not ideal there’s way worse out there.

Someone will be here shortly to tell you maybe they were on a roadtrip and they needed some food and that was the only thing open blah blah blah.
Its not trashy imo. Its just expected. Im sure the dinner(?) was filled with a bunch of N bombs and curse words. Thats the trashiest thing women like that do

That’s not as trashy as the lady I saw beating her kids arse right in the middle of Baytown wharf. She was really getting after it. So I gave her a “roll tide” and she paused, gave me a -1 tooth smile, then carried on.

Not the worst... I just read and saw the video of very drunk couple passed out on the beach... The cops woke them up to ask them if this was their lost child... It was their child... That's really trashy...
