The stats for New Orleans are outdated. New Orleans had a rate of 74.27 murders per 100,000 residents in 2022. That would be good for 16th on that list.

Looks like brown & black people are disproportionately prone to violence.

But this can’t be true because TV & ads show us otherwise.

While I think the list is probably mostly accurate, I wouldn't take it as definitive because most third world countries do not report such statistics. Or if they do, one must question the accuracy.

if you're assigning countries to a continent, Mexico and Central American countries are part of the North American continent.

I guess it's a regions vs continents thing

Cities in Africa don't even bother recording murders. That is another tier of dangerous.

This makes sense. No list of world's most dangerous cities is complete without Kinshasa and Juba.

Mexico is in Central America according to the UN

According to your map, Siberia is Eastern Europe. Apparently, Eastern Europe directly borders North Korea.

How can New Orleans top the world list when you don’t top the US list? LOL
Both lists by the same people.

My list uses murder rate.

The other uses vandalism and shite

In Mexico it’s not easy for the citizens to purchase guns.

Venezuela is a failed leftist state.

South Africa is a racist country where it is hard to purchase a gun.

The best thing we could do for Central and South America is legalize drugs. Commercialize them and allow them to be sold at freaking CVS.

bullshite.

Leftists tell me that making something illegal assures that it won’t happen anymore or will greatly reduce it.

List makes no sense. Really only lists cities in the two America continents. You’re telling me Detroit is more dangerous than Tehran, Iran or Kabul, Afghanistan, MOSCOW, etc? Please…

I doubt the numbers are accurate. They can only report on the data they have.

Central America is a subregion of the Americas. Its boundaries are defined as bordering Mexico to the north, Colombia to the south, the Caribbean Sea to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Central America usually consists of seven countries: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.
