Me and my girlfriend took her to Taylor Swift on Friday. Then her mom and step dad took her and her sister to this show tonight. She was excited all day and was sending us clips from the openers like Hardy.
Feel terrible for the younger fans. I know I'm biased.

Uh. That's not what's happening here.
She's very grateful to be spoiled for a bday weekend. She's simply sad the show was canceled. She wasn't throwing a tantrum to her mama and step dad. She was crying quietly in their minivan on way back to hotel.

Being a no-show Jones is not a badge of honor. You'd first have to be at least as good as George Jones, and for as long as he was good, to be in a position of POTENTIAL forgiveness.
MW is a light-weight that didn't, how shall we say - with respect to Mr Wallen, didn't plan/execute his weekend very well, and he is paying for it.

Wallen is performing in stadiums these days, not arenas ... it's safe to say that he's likely personally seeing at least a million dollars per show on this tour.
crazy how you can get to a point where you can choose to turn down a million dollars (just to run around and go through the motions for a couple of hours), instead, electing to get sloppy drunk and cancel the show just because you're hungover.
bands like Aerosmith, Motely Crue, etc.. used to do this shite night after night (and on a much more absurd level of wasted) yet they still showed up for the fans wasted or not.
Morgan Wallen is soft.

Im not familiar with Wallen’s “music”, but assuming he is like most country music these days, which is mostly 40 year old guys singing about high school parties- will be interesting to see how he sings about beer and getting wasted while ostensibly having to be ‘sober’ for a while .
