This is a nothing burger. 21,000 women is nothing compared to the 350 million in this country.
Quit giving them attention and just drop loads in them, move on with your day.
And women that are doing this, do not need to procreate, they are dragging down the population

If I had to guess, I’d say probably well north of 90% of women doing this are white.

This is purely anecdotal, but the D.I.N.K.s I know are among the most self-conscious and validation-seeking people in my social circle.

They don’t need a surrogate as they still have a uterus. They would need to do IVF.

This. Sane women that want children and a family are not doing this. These are probably a hand full of women that vote a certain way in November that are doing this. And within 5-10 years they will severely regret this and make Facebook posts about how they made a mistake. Then another article will come out.

Thank god I had my brother to shoulder that burden so I didn’t have to.

I don't want tatted up, nose ring wearing whack jobs having and raising kids that I'm going to have to end up supporting with my tax dollars.
So win-win.
Find you a good woman and breed her up.

More young women are choosing sterilization over children
I would consider this at a minimum to be highly unethical. But, in this modern culture where people are brainwashed to believe mutilation is good, i shouldn't be surprised.

idk it is pretty damn expensive to raise kids in 2025 compared to past generations

We think of it as sad, but ultimately this is just a form of evolution.
Any woman who is deranged enough to go through with voluntary sterilization has now removed her flawed genetics from the gene pool.
These liberal wackos are actually doing our children and grandchildren a favor by not poisoning the next generations with their insanity.

If people are wanting to truly reduce abortion rates, supporting women who want to pursue sterilization instead seems like the way to go.

Huh? That doesnt make any sense. The idea of anti-abortion is pro-life, pro-family/motherhood/community.
Sterilization support would be appropriate perspective of nihilism like abortion where a baby is just a "clump of cells" or if its born is a "parasite that needs to be fed".

I'm going to assume (probably correctly) that women who are wanting sterilization before the age of 40 are likely the same demographic that are having the bulk of abortions.
So it makes perfect sense.

Oh yes, nothing like dying cold, alone and unloved, with no legacy but your many cats feasting on your corpse once you stop feeding them.

Would you rather they have abortions?
