The nationwide shortage of baby formula continues to get worse.

In early April, the out-of-stock rate jumped to 31%, according to Datasembly.

In six states - Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Texas and Tennessee - more than half of baby formula supplies were completely sold out.

It makes me scratch my head when I see stuff like this and then see crazy spending packages put together for foreign aid.

I think it’s gotten better in the past couple weeks. I have twins and early April was the worst I’ve seen. Now I can find pre mixed bottles pretty regular Online.

Yes let’s create more fear!! The media has gotten out of control. It’s causing people to become more stupid than they already are. More panic buying.

Bingo. I mean if we’re going to throw away billions on other countries, why not put a tiny percent of that and build a baby formula factory? Or a computer chip factory. Sell them to the highest bidder at 0% interest.

To be clear, I dont want the government doing that stuff, but at least that spending would benefit THIS country. Instead we borrow money to give away overseas. Our politicians are the dumbest human beings on the planet.

Are they dumb, or are they corrupt?

Well, that’s because they are in the business of making themselves and their cronies rich, not in helping this country.

Last i heard, the shortage was caused by massive recalls by major brands. I dont think gov has much to do with it
