More Fentanyl Seized At U.S. Borders Than Heroin For First Time In U.S. History

For the first time in U.S. history, more fentanyl than heroin has been intercepted by federal law enforcement at the country’s borders.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data, 11,201 pounds of fentanyl was seized in fiscal year 2021, compared to 5,400 pounds of heroin. Other drugs seized include 319,447 pounds of marijuana, 190,861 pounds of methamphetamine, 97,638 pounds of cocaine, and 10,848 pounds of ketamine.
2,158 pounds of fentanyl has been seized in fiscal year 2022 to date, compared to 277 pounds of heroin.
More details if you click the link. Not posting the whole article, but it's a disturbing look into a major problem facing our country. IMO our weak southern border is a major vulnerability - a lot of this isn't sourced from Mexico; just shipped through there.

A lot of that crap is coming from China, who is probably thrilled that it's destroying our cities and filling up our urban areas with homeless camps full of addicts.

That is truly terrifying considering how deadly fentanyl is.
All of the open border idiots need to wake up. Hopefully they won't won't have to get the call in the middle of the night we got from my BIL. His daughter died from an accidental fentanyl OD.

Fentanyl is a big problem. It’s showing up in drugs that doesn’t even make sense to put it in
