More annoying: marriage advice from a divorcee or kid advice from a childless adult?

Guy I know is on his fourth marriage and wants to give everyone marriage advice. I get him telling someone what “not to do” or but don’t give advice like you are some successful marriage counselor. I would rather have business advice from someone who has a successful business not from a guy who has gone bankrupt three times. And there is a 55 year old woman at work who has zero kids of her own and never been married. She keeps telling others advice on how to raise their own kids. If you don’t have any kids of your own then what do you know about it. Having nieces and nephews are not the same thing.

Having crappy free advice thrown your way from a multi divorced person is way more common but having kid advice is more annoying in my opinion.

This. At least the divorcee has some experience from which he or she might have learned.

Really don't have an experience with getting marriage advice from a divorcee that I can recall, but getting kid advice from childless adults is annoying as hell.

It's especially annoying when they are about your age or younger. If it's an older person I'll have an open mind about it and thank them, regardless if I think it'll be useful.

If they are young and don't have kids, they try to act like they know it all, when they really don't have a clue.

I get the kid advice from a childless friend of mine all the time. Dumb arse. I wish it was that easy.

Kid advice from the childless is more annoying.

At least divorcees can point to mistakes made that doomed their marriages, even if they can’t point to anything that made theirs work.

Was at a playoff party Saturday with 2 yo, its 8:30, so we got to go. Party was louder and in a apartment. Friend says just let her stay up, she will just sleep in, or just put her down in the room right next to the party, she will sleep

I always offer advice on HOW TO RUIN a marriage b/c I am a pro.

Kidless adults giving advice about parenting or bitching about bad parenting b/c of a child's behavior is just stupid.
Like a crying baby in a restaurant for example and Ms Barren Belly over there suggests it's the parent's fault......

That shite rustles my jimmies. Kids just fricking suck and we can't control them little frickers some times. End of Story.
