Rookie mistake.

Everything must be drank from the bottle. Do not even mix with alcohol.

For the furious Mexican diarrhea, the only think I can suggest is Kaopectate, you will shite gravel for 6 dayz, but it will stop the squirts

In the tourist zone of Cancun? I went several times during the 1990s and had no problems.

I've never had problems with ice in foreign countries. I think all ice machines have filters to help them last longer and filter out junk.

This is a man who has never traveled.

The first meal in Thailand last year gave me Bangkok Belly. There was no pain, no rumbling, no warning whatsoever, just a sudden squirt and I shite my pants like I was 3, lol. And I was a mile away from my hotel and a change of clothes . I ducked into a tiny restaurant and cleaned up in the bathroom and nursed a Coca Cola and ate some noodles and waited until my pants were reasonably dry I got the courage and then got back to my hotel as fast as possible. Ugggggh. Worst day ever.

St. Bart’s doesn’t have that problem.
