Do these white people think that all black people are gang banger and that they have to move or else they will be victimized by a drive by or something?

You've always sucked as a poster, but you're new shtick has made you suck even worse. You're trying to instigate hot race issues, but your personality is so bland and uninteresting that it's painfully obvious what you're doing so it loses it's effect.

You can't even make shitty post right.

It is a bit funny how white folks get bashed for leaving a place when culcha moves in, and then they also get criticized for helping revitalize a place causing values and rents to go up (and business to move in, jobs to be created, tax revenue to be generated, etc).

They only want to be in control of the black man..

Dude, I am just bullshitting.

Get Mayo out and things would likely improve.

Helluva guy. Our family owns some of the furniture he originally had commissioned for his house.

About half the posts on his thread are from people who don’t even live in Louisiana.

I’ve heard it referred to as the divorce house as the last three couples that lived there have gotten divorced. Right there on hole 15 of my country club.

Tucked away in this district are the Beidenharn Museum and the G.B. Cooley House, designed by a pupil of Frank Lloyd Wright. Downtown is not so much blighted as simply largely vacant.

Yeah but once you round the bend past the Mauser museum onto South Grand you take your life into your own hands.

Damn shame what happened to South Grand.

When the mayo turns dark, the bright future is finished. The south side has the only hope of being famous now.

White people frick everything up when when they all leave. One black family moves in and they bail and they can't sell their house for market value because other white people don't want to live by a black family so the prices go down making it affordable for lower class blacks.

So it’s white people’s fault?

Sounds nothing like Hattiesburg honestly.

75 years ago Hattiesburg had a small school and two cow barns.

It needs a new public venue. The Civic Center is way past its prime. It's to small for concert venues, presidential/governor rallys, rodeo's, etc.

Abe Pierce is giggling about this.

My guess is 5 years, 10 max. Now that Post is all but retired I don't think there is enough executive stroke to keep it there for much longer than that.

Nor do I but I was enthused to see the announcement. Unfortunately demographics are not in his favor.

While this is true, if one guy could pull votes from that demo, he’s that guy. He has the gift and I always knew he’d probably end up in politics.
