Do you believe that a human being lived in the belly of a giant sea creature for 3 days?

Get off your computer, stop using cellphones, automobiles, airplanes, hospitals, etc.

Pretty much go live in the woods, wipe your arse with your own hands, and die toothless in your 30's because of gum disease.

"frick science" what an idiot.

Many children are growing up in an unloving home that doesn't take them to church and school is the only place that they have the chance to find the love of Jesus.

If you let the government get involved in the business of teaching kids religion its not a big leap from them teaching children religions you don't like.

How about we avoid all of that and just let schools educate kids?

Are you really calling God a liar?

Do you not believe anything is possible with Christ?

He literally raised the dead, so why would living in the belly of a whale for 3 days be so unbelievable?

So the teachers weren't allowed to force students to pray? Doesn't that go against the teachers' first amendment rights to religion?

I'm saying the men who wrote their stories on the hides of animals and believed the earth was flat were merely story tellers. God did not write a thing.

Was I there when a giant sea creature swallowed a man whole and he lived in it's belly for 3 days? Nah wasn't there for that one.

I grew up in a very Christian community and kids did similarly and had faith-based clubs and whatnot. Teachers were supportive, administration too.

What I want to avoid is the coach who takes a knee during a student led prayer getting disciplined. Or the teacher who talks to a student inquiring about God after class, etc.

I feel like these imbeciles who try to force feed prayer and scripture readings on to kids make it harder to point out the people who really do get screwed by overzealous church and state folks. If these kids aren't open to it, or don't have any reference for what school prayer or the like is even about (because their homes don't foster it) I just don't even see how it is practically supposed to be of value. Setting aside the propriety of faith in public schools, I at least understand the concept of the teacher who leads a Christian club in secret or something.

Medical leeches are currently a booming industry and 2/3's of the NBA believes the Earth is flat.
