Yeah that’s what I was wondering as well. I get the prosecution having to prove his guilt. That’s how society works (or should). But if your defense is insanity then the burden of proof seems like it should be on them to prove that, not the other way around.

Some of the best advice on the OT ever posted. Your family and loved ones much prefer having you alive, than dead trying to engage a crazed individual out for blood. It may be difficult when by yourself and armed, but your family comes first. Dial 911 and let the cops handle it.
