This is insane. I’m trying to understand how you can be killed by getting hit with an extension cord. Did the plug hit him in the head?

In case y'all don't know. That's the day to eat the first one facing her, wrap your hand around the cord and take it by force.

I mean if she hit him for an hour and it was in the head.

Ugh

As a father, all I can think about is that this kid very likely had the capacity to defend himself against his mom but a combination of fear from prior abuse and natural affection/reverence for his mother probably kept him from doing so.

Just thinking about the betrayal of it all is heart wrenching.

Wow.

I bet the boys father is really torn up about this.

How will he ever rebuild that home.

That he worked so hard to build.

That's exactly what I'm talking about.

And it cost him his life.

Holy shite, an extension cord is nowhere near a blunt object.
quote:

[Mother] continued to beat [son] for approximately an hour.” The mother told cops she stopped the beating when her son became unresponsive

An hour? A fricking hour? And she only stopped because he was unresponsive?

How long would she have beaten him if he hadn't died? Jesus.

An hour long beating is not discipline, lady

"She was experiencing trauma over the loss of her son"

Give her some more trauma and beat the ever living frick out of her. Until she dies. Then resusitate her and DO IT AGAIN.

GOD DAMN IT. I hate these fricking stories.

Well, on the one hand, he didn't do his chores.

On the other hand (and I'm as big a fan of reasonable corporal punishment as the next GenXer raised in the South),
quote:

“went too far”
doesn't begin to describe or explain this.

quote:

she shoved her son against a wall and he hit his head, causing him to become unconscious and fall to the floor. “[Mother] continued to beat [son] while he was on the floor,” the report states. “[Mother] ordered [son] to stand, which he complied. [Mother] continued to beat [son] for approximately an hour.” The mother told cops she stopped the beating when her son became unresponsive

I mean, if this isn't eligible for the death penalty, it ought to be.

He's certainly not going to get the chores done now.

If you beat someone who is naked for over an hour with an extension cord, the plug part doesn't need to hit them in the head to kill them. The shock and blood loss alone would kill them. They need to fry this woman.

I know there’s a lot of crazy in this story…but let this sink in for a bit.

An hour. Think about what you were doing an hour ago…fast forward until now. That’s how long this psycho was swinging a cord through the air at this kid.

If she hits him every second that’s over 3000 strikes.

Straight to the execution, don’t pass death row or collect $200.

Eh. Some of the heavy duty ones have a female end with like 4 outlets. Even just one whip in the temple with that would be pretty fricking hardcore.

I've seen bigger ones than this one. I would NOT want to be on the end of a beating with it.

Man, I’m really surprised dad didn’t step in to stop it.
