As someone who's been through a horrible divorce, this really hits home. Who knows what really happened though.

If it’s over, it’s over. The end result is the same.

But in one scenario it’s the constant, life-draining, pointless round and round and round that kills your soul and accomplishes nothing but bitterness and nagging questions.

This baws way is just to say “I’m done and you probably know why” and

And be done with it all.

And then like 7 years later you take shrooms in the mountains and process it and weep for a few hours and move on with your life.

The latter is way less stressful.

Rip the bandaid off

I guess getting married at age 23 when you have millions of dollars coming to you is a bad idea?

She probably wouldn't leave him alone. Called incessantly, showed up while he was on the road, got mad if he didn't respond, etc.

I guarantee you she was a stage 5 clinger like this. Good luck focusing on your job with all that nonsense going on.

Better to get divorced now than a few years down the road when he is making real money.

Or, hear me out, the dogs were picked out by her, annoying yappy little mutts he never really cared for and is happy to let her keep, or ones that he never really bonded with because he was on the road, and she’s just framing it that way to make him look bad.

A man that loves HIS dog doesn’t just leave it behind.

There’s definitely more to this story than meets the eye. Still you handle your business like a man and end things accordingly.

It works both ways. Men and women have this in common: they are all human. There are nuts of both genders.

I'm betting it's a Pomeranian with a cutesy name like "Shelbi" (of course, with an 'i'). Pisses on the rug and has a bow in its hair.

Where have I stated otherwise? I’m saying that, in this case, with the evidence presented, her story doesn’t pass the smell test

majority of the OT doesn't even understand that either. or maybe they just can't pass up the opportunity to crack a joke. Calling this girl crazy, even though it's totally not crazy what that guy put her through.

That’s not how you end a relationship and it’s DEFINITELY not how you end a marriage.

It might be. Some states still require legal separation.
