The divorce settlement details aren't out there yet. He did get out before his big contract.

I agree with you, it’s not.

And yes it’s pretty deplorable, but it’s still not what ghosting is

Whatever the situation behind the decision, that dude is a complete Poo-Nani. That is never the way to handle a situation of that caliber.

Asking alot in today's world.

People have told me that interviewees just starting in the workforce see no problem with answering calls and texts right in the middle of interviews. Someone "ghosting" another person seems par for the course. You don't usually do that to your wife no matter how bad things are though unless she tried to kill you or something like that.

Yeah, he didn't experience anything, did he.

Friggin narcissistic women.

As as single man in the dating pool now, I have to say that "Ghosting" is such a shite way to handle something. It takes a special kind of narcissist to do that.

Did he really just ghost her? It says he sent her a text.

What if the text was "I can't handle your crazy shite no more, we're done."

That's not ghosting.

She said the dude even left his dogs with her and abandoned them. That's pretty low. Maybe she has issues and maybe she is perfectly normal, but she is making this dude look bad.

Not at all, but I’m not posting shite about it on social media. I’m venting those thoughts to friends and probably a therapist.

But I’ve found that when the women go on social media to play the wilting violent (should be violet but I’ll leave the autocorrect because it’s pretty fricking apt) and gain all this sympathy (A la Amber heard and others), the truth is often far less favorable to them.

You, sir, are a wordsmith. This is what I implied but am too deficient with the English language to adequately convey

The fact that she thought posting this on socials says a lot about her

Very good chance. But she “felt bad about it” and justified it because he was away at work and not giving her attention. He was the one to blame, not her. But when found out she wanted to turn the tables around on him and make him feel guilty and provoke a reaction that could paint her as the victim and put her in a better position as far as divorce goes, but he didn’t take the bait and scuttled her plan in the harbor and so now she’s trolling the social media waters for sympathy and trying to make him look bad.

What will you give me on that scenario? 3/1 odds?

They were in a legal contract. Not speaking to her for a year would seem like ghosting to me. Delaying the inevitable is a bad move financially unless there was a prenup.

Pitchers have always been primodonna whiny bitches. Only MLB player I know personally has wife and kids with him on the road during the summertime. He isn't a whiny pitcher tho.

As someone who's been through a horrible divorce, this really hits home. Who knows what really happened though.

“Back door slider” should be a new euphemism for a “southern trespass.”

He is on the mound tonight against the Dodgers. That's kinda funny. We'll see how he does with the news. He may handle it well and throw a no-no if he does then I think she was doing some shady stuff. If he gets ripped I think he had some issues. His ERA wasn't great last year tho

Or the dude could be a huge narcissistic douchebag, coddled his entire life because he's got an arm. Raised to believe he's the star and everyone else is just an extra.

The fact he abandoned dogs, leads me to believe he's a shite human. Cats, sure. Throw those off a bridge, but a dog. Total frickchop. I don't care if she's crazy or not.
