The faculty has major issues with Loftin, the University of Missouri Chancellor. Loftin runs Mizzou. Wolfe is the University of Missouri System President - over UM-Columbia (the flagship), UMSL, UMKC and UMS&T. Each school has its own chancellor. The System oversees funding, allocations and operations for all 4 schools, the healthcare system, all the technology and research, and extension. Tim Wolfe reports to the System's Board of Curators - those are political appointments by the Governor. Wolfe has certainly made some enemies, but then again - he oversees funding to all 4 schools plus healthcare and research, so he's bound to piss people off.

Yea this is over. The strikers have the school right where they want them. There is nothing that the school can do to fight back. Either, mizzou does nothing and the protestors start revolting and vandalising, or mizzou listens to the loud screaming and gives them free ice cream for life

Mizzou won't revoke any scholarships or meal plans etc. Doing that would do irreperable damage to the athletic department.
