If this had happened before cell phone cameras/media storage, and she'd brought an explicit vhs of herself to school, then would this be a different case?
Yes the theft was an intervening act, but I'm not sure it absolves her re: stupidity of bringing her homemade pr0n to school. But we need to see it to make full assessment.
